Job Responsibilities
Data Management: Perform and oversee accurate data entry tasks.
Documentation: Maintain and organize documents and digital files.
Operations Oversight: Coordinate daily workflow and back-office tasks.
Call Handling: Manage customer/internal calls and resolve queries.
Team Leadership: Guide and support your team in achieving goals.
Process Optimization: Improve existing workflows for better efficiency.
Reporting: Prepare regular performance and progress reports.
Training: Support onboarding and training for new team members.
Customer Service: Ensure high levels of service and issue resolution.
Compliance: Follow all internal guidelines and compliance protocols.
