Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
Identify and attract suitable candidates through online platforms, databases, and social media.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and recruitment goals.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes — from posting job ads to final selection.
Maintain and update candidate databases using internal systems.
Build strong relationships with clients and job seekers.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Prepare recruitment reports and assist the HR team with administrative tasks.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Graduate (any stream).
Experience: 0 – 2 years in HR, recruitment, or customer service.
Freshers are welcome — full training provided.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, online job portals).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Salary & Benefits
Monthly Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 (based on skills & interview).
Work Schedule: 6 days a week | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
