Job Overview
We are looking for a confident and motivated HR Recruiter to join the FriendsJob team in Rampur, Uttar Pradesh.
As an HR Recruiter, you will handle end-to-end hiring for various clients, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. This role offers a great opportunity for individuals passionate about recruitment, communication, and human resources management.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
Post job openings across multiple online portals and platforms.
Identify, evaluate, and attract suitable candidates as per client requirements.
Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews.
Maintain an active database of potential candidates.
Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a smooth hiring process.
Handle joining formalities and HR documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Prior experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Executive preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong time management and organizational abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Job Portals).
Target-oriented and able to work under deadlines.
Graduation or MBA in Human Resource Management preferred.
