We are hiring an HR Recruiter for our office in Uttarkashi, Uttarakhand. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end recruitment, coordinate interviews, screen candidates, and assist with HR operations. Salary
₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Incentives (based on experience & performance)

Experience
0–2 years (Freshers with good communication skills can apply)
Qualification
Graduate / Pursuing Graduation / Any equivalent degree

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, referrals & social platforms
Screen resumes & conduct phone interviews
Schedule & coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain candidate database & recruitment reports
Support onboarding formalities & documentation
Assist senior HR team in daily HR operations
Ensure smooth communication between candidates & management

Requirements
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment tools (preferred)
Familiar with MS Office & basic computer usage
Ability to multitask & work in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated and organized personality
