FriendsJob is hiring enthusiastic and results-driven Loan Sales Executives to join our rapidly growing financial sales team in Rajarajeshwari Nagar, Bengaluru. Key Responsibilities
Engage with leads provided by the company & convert them into successful loan sales
Generate additional leads through outbound calling & follow-ups
Understand customer loan needs & recommend suitable financial products
Achieve monthly/quarterly targets consistently
Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction & referrals
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, conversions, and sales reporting

Skills & Requirements
Strong communication & persuasion skills
Confident, energetic & goal-oriented personality
Basic understanding of banking/credit products (preferred but not mandatory)
Ability to convince customers & close deals
Kannada language required
