Job Summary
We are hiring a Grinder Operator for a leading manufacturing unit in Sahibabad Site 4, Ghaziabad. The ideal candidate should be able to operate bench grinders, surface grinders, and handle metal finishing tasks with precision. This role is ideal for candidates who want stable, long-term industrial employment with growth-oriented opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Operate surface grinders, bench grinders, and finishing machines.
Perform grinding, deburring, and finishing operations on metal components.
Follow production drawings and maintain product accuracy.
Inspect and measure finished parts using vernier, micrometer, gauges, etc.
Maintain machine cleanliness and support basic maintenance tasks.
Follow all safety guidelines, production deadlines, and quality standards.
Assist in material handling and shop floor coordination.

Skills & Requirements
Minimum qualification: 10th pass / ITI preferred (Fitter, Machinist).
Knowledge of grinding tools, machine speeds, and metal finishing.
Ability to read basic mechanical drawings and measurements.
Physically fit and disciplined.
Experience in grinding operations is preferred, but freshers can apply.
