Key Responsibilities
Operate grinding machines for accurate finishing of metal components.
Set up machines, check tools, and maintain correct grinding parameters.
Interpret engineering drawings and ensure proper dimensions and surface finish.
Inspect completed parts for accuracy, alignment, and quality.
Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure clean working conditions.
Identify and report machine faults or production issues.
Follow safety guidelines and maintain production discipline.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of experience as a Grinder Operator in a manufacturing setup.
Knowledge of surface grinding, hand grinding, and measurement instruments.
Ability to maintain precise finishing and dimensional accuracy.
Basic understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Physically fit to work in an industrial environment.
