A leading manufacturing company in Maharajpur, Ghaziabad is looking for an experienced Grinder Operator to manage precision grinding tasks. The ideal candidate will operate grinding machines, maintain high-quality output, and ensure adherence to safety and production standards.

Key Responsibilities
Operate surface grinders, hand grinders, and other finishing tools accurately.
Set up machines, check tools, and maintain correct grinding parameters.
Read engineering drawings and ensure components meet specifications.
Inspect finished parts for quality, alignment, and surface finish.
Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
Identify and report operational issues to supervisors.
Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of experience as a Grinder Operator in manufacturing.
Knowledge of grinding techniques, tools, and measurement instruments.
Ability to maintain high precision and dimensional accuracy.
Ability to read technical drawings.
Physically fit for industrial work.
