Key Responsibilities
Operate CNC and BMC machines to meet daily production goals.
Set up machines, calibrate tools, and adjust machining parameters.
Interpret technical drawings and machining instructions accurately.
Inspect finished components to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality.
Perform regular maintenance and basic troubleshooting of machines.
Maintain records of production and report any issues to the supervisor.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of CNC / BMC machine operating experience.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Familiarity with machine tools, measurement instruments, and machining processes.
Strong focus on precision and quality.
Physically capable of working in a manufacturing environment.
