Key Responsibilities
Operate CNC and VMC machines to produce high-quality components as per specifications.
Set up machines, calibrate tools, and adjust machining parameters for precision.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical instructions accurately.
Inspect finished products for dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and compliance with quality standards.
Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
Maintain accurate production records and report operational issues promptly.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of experience as a CNC / VMC Operator in a manufacturing setup.
Strong understanding of machine tools, measurement instruments, and machining processes.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and ensure precise production.
Excellent attention to detail and quality-conscious mindset.
Physically fit to work in an industrial environment.
Basic mechanical troubleshooting knowledge is preferred.
