Key Responsibilities
Operate surface grinders, hand grinders, and finishing tools efficiently.
Set up machines, verify tools, and maintain proper grinding parameters.
Read engineering drawings and ensure parts meet specifications.
Inspect finished products for dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
Identify and report operational issues to supervisors.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of experience as a Grinder Operator in a manufacturing setup.
Knowledge of grinding techniques, tools, and measurement instruments.
Ability to maintain precision and high-quality standards.
Ability to read technical drawings accurately.
Physically fit for industrial work environments.
