🔧 Key Responsibilities
As an Accountant at Best Concern Services Pvt. Ltd., your primary responsibilities will include:
Maintaining Day-to-Day Accounts: Manage journals, ledgers, and daily financial transactions in compliance with standard accounting principles.
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices, manage vendor payments, and track receivables to ensure timely collection.
Bank Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations and track fund flows.
Tax Compliance: Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), TDS calculations, and ensure timely filing of returns.
Payroll Assistance: Support salary processing and compliance with PF, ESI, and other statutory deductions.
MIS Reporting: Prepare financial reports and monthly summaries including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
Internal Audits: Assist in internal audit processes and maintain audit-ready financial records.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Work closely with management to track budgets and provide forecasting support.
Asset Management: Maintain asset registers and ensure timely depreciation entries.
Vendor & Client Coordination: Communicate with vendors and clients for billing, payments, and dispute resolution.
Documentation & Filing: Organize and maintain accurate digital and physical records of all financial transactions.

👤 Candidate Requirements
We’re looking for professionals who can take ownership of their responsibilities with precision and efficiency. Desired qualifications include:
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) – Mandatory
M.Com, CA-Inter, or CMA (Preferred but not required)
Experience:
2 to 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, taxation, or financial reporting.
Prior experience in service-based industries or staffing firms is an added advantage.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Tally ERP or similar accounting software
Strong skills in MS Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
Familiarity with basic ERP or cloud-based accounting systems
Soft Skills:
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical thinking and ability to troubleshoot issues
Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
