About the Role:
FriendsJob is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team in Deoria, Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting principles, financial documentation, GST, TDS, and reconciliation processes. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports.
Handle daily accounting operations including journal entries, invoices, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns on time.
Process payments, manage petty cash, and monitor financial transactions.
Support in preparing monthly and yearly financial statements.
Coordinate with internal teams and auditors during financial reviews.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Skills & Requirements:
Proficiency in Tally ERP / MS Excel / Accounting Software.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and general accounting principles.
Excellent numerical accuracy and analytical skills.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
