Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records including vouchers, ledgers, and journals
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Prepare financial statements and monthly reports
Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data
Assist in budget preparation and financial planning
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, GST, and taxation norms
Collaborate with management for financial decision-making
Support audits and internal checks for accuracy and transparency

Skills & Requirements
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management
Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, or other accounting software
Attention to detail and high numerical accuracy
Good communication and reporting skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Problem-solving mindset with integrity and confidentiality
