🎯 Key Responsibilities
🗂️ Data Management & System Updates
Handle entry, processing, and management of data using company software tools (Excel, CRM, or ERP systems).
Ensure timely and accurate updates of employee, client, and operational records.
Monitor and track data flow for various internal departments.
📝 Documentation & Reporting
Maintain organized records for client contracts, invoices, timesheets, and internal memos.
Prepare periodic reports for internal use such as attendance logs, performance sheets, and follow-up lists.
Support the audit team with documentation and data as required.
🤝 Administrative Coordination
Assist in scheduling meetings, maintaining departmental calendars, and coordinating communication between teams.
Support front-line departments (sales, HR, logistics) by managing backend tasks related to onboarding, payroll, recruitment coordination, etc.
Act as a support resource for internal teams needing document verification or information retrieval.
📞 Communication & Follow-ups
Conduct backend follow-ups with vendors, partners, or clients via email or internal tools.
Coordinate with support teams to resolve operational issues and close pending actions.
Ensure escalations are addressed with speed and accuracy by relevant teams.
👤 Candidate Profile
🎓 Educational Qualifications:
Minimum: 12th Pass
Preferred: Graduate in Commerce, Arts, or Business Administration
💼 Work Experience:
0 to 3 years of experience in administrative, backend, or support roles
Freshers with good computer skills and willingness to learn are welcome
💡 Required Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word)
Fast typing speed with a focus on accuracy
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
