As a Back Office Coordinator, you will manage data entry, document organization, daily office tasks, and customer interactions, contributing to the smooth functioning of FriendsJob’s operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry: Accurately enter and update information in company systems, ensuring high data integrity.
Document Filing: Digitally file and organize documents for easy retrieval and access.
Office Tasks: Handle day-to-day administrative activities, including phone calls and office support.
Customer Interaction: Professionally respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance as required.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and support inventory or supply tracking.
Team Support: Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
Scheduling: Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing calendars.
Reporting: Prepare and generate reports or summaries to support office operations.
Compliance: Ensure all office processes align with company policies.
Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve office-related issues promptly to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (higher qualifications are a plus).
Experience: 0–6 months in back office or data entry roles preferred but not mandatory.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Basic proficiency in office software and data entry tools.
Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Flexible, adaptable, and willing to take on new tasks as required.
Availability to work 6 days a week, 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM.
