Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries via email promptly and professionally
Handle inbound and outbound voice calls in Telugu and Kannada
Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to meet service delivery targets

Candidate Requirements:
Must have completed Higher Secondary (12th Pass)
Proficiency in Kannada is required (Telugu is an added advantage)
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
