Key Responsibilities
Deliver grocery orders on time within Sector 35 and nearby Mohali areas
Check and confirm order accuracy before delivery
Use BigBasket’s mobile app for navigation and order tracking
Collect customer payments (cash or digital) and update records
Drive responsibly and follow traffic regulations
Maintain a friendly, professional attitude with customers
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: 10th pass (12th preferred)
Valid two-wheeler driving license & RC
Personal bike in good condition
Basic smartphone knowledge
Familiarity with Mohali routes, especially Sector 35
Freshers welcome; delivery experience preferred
Work Schedule
6 working days a week (1 rotational weekly off)
