Key Responsibilities
Operate BMC / CNC machines efficiently to complete daily production tasks.
Set up machines, adjust tools, and maintain correct machining parameters.
Read engineering drawings and follow machining instructions accurately.
Inspect completed parts for dimensional accuracy and finish.
Maintain machines through routine checks and basic troubleshooting.
Keep production records updated and report issues to supervisors.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.

Required Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of experience operating CNC or BMC machines.
Proficiency in using measurement tools and interpreting technical drawings.
Strong understanding of machining operations and quality standards.
Basic mechanical troubleshooting ability.
Physically fit for industrial work environments.
