👨✈️ Position Overview – Bus Captain
As a Bus Captain, you will be the face of the IntrCity Smart Bus experience. This customer-facing role demands strong communication skills, a high level of professionalism, and a customer-first approach. You will accompany overnight journeys and be responsible for managing the passenger experience end-to-end.
📌 Job Details:
Vacancies: 15 positions
Location: Ameerpet, Hyderabad
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 (in-hand)
🎯 Attractive Performance-Based Incentives
Employment Type: Full-Time (Permanent)
Education Required: 10th or 12th Pass
Gender Requirement: Male Only
Working Hours: Overnight travel (8 to 14 hours); return journey next day

📋 Key Responsibilities
🕐 Reach boarding points on time and assist with the onboarding process
🪑 Guide and help passengers to their assigned seats
🧼 Conduct pre-journey cleanliness and facility checks on the bus
📞 Call passengers who are late and help them locate the boarding spot
📣 Coordinate with the operations team to report service issues
🧾 Handle spot bookings and keep accurate travel transaction records
🛌 Ensure all amenities (water, blankets, hygiene kits) are available and distributed
✍️ Collect feedback and ratings from passengers to enhance service delivery
🚌 Accompany overnight journeys and return the next day, ensuring seamless experience throughout

✅ Candidate Requirements
📘 Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th Pass
🏨 Prior experience in hospitality, transport, or customer service is a strong advantage
🗣️ Good verbal communication skills in English
🌐 Knowledge of a local language (Kannada preferred)
🤝 Professional attitude, polite and passenger-friendly behavior
🧳 Willingness to travel overnight and stay alert during the journey
🧍 Must reside near Ameerpet(accommodation is not provided)
