Key Responsibilities
Operate BMC / CNC machines efficiently to complete production tasks.
Set up machines, calibrate tools, and maintain correct machining parameters.
Read engineering drawings and follow machining instructions accurately.
Inspect completed components for dimensional accuracy and quality.
Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on machines.
Keep production records updated and report operational issues to supervisors.
Follow workplace safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of experience operating CNC or BMC machines.
Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using measurement instruments.
Knowledge of machining operations and quality standards.
Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Physically fit for industrial work.
