📍 Location & Role Overview
Position: CNC Operator – Turning/Milling
Salary: ₹16,000–₹20,000/month
Location: Site IV, Sahibabad Industrial Area, Ghaziabad
Shifts: Rotational or fixed day shift depending on project timelines

🔧 Core Responsibilities
🖥️ Machine Operation & Programming
Set up and operate CNC turning/milling machines per engineering drawings
Load and execute G-Code and M-Code programs for daily runs
📐 Technical Reading & Interpretation
Read and understand blueprints, technical schematics, and CAD files
Use precision tools like micrometers, calipers, and gauges for quality control
🛠️ Quality Inspection & Control
Inspect finished products for dimension, finish, and tolerances
Record deviations, analyze errors, and coordinate corrections
🧽 Maintenance & Upkeep
Perform routine preventive maintenance on CNC machines
Report machine faults and coordinate with maintenance staff
📊 Production Logging & Safety
Maintain shift-wise production and downtime logs
Follow shop floor safety protocols and use protective gear (PPE) at all times
