Friends Job is looking for a dynamic, field-oriented Driver & Customer Onboarding Executive to join our team in Sector 47, Noida. The selected candidate will be responsible for onboarding new drivers and customers, ensuring they are well-informed and confident in using our services.
This dual-function position requires excellent communication skills, basic tech familiarity (especially with mobile applications), and the ability to manage fieldwork independently. π Key Responsibilities β Customer Onboarding
Field Visits & Outreach
Actively visit targeted areas in and around Noida to identify and engage with prospective drivers. Distribute promotional material, explain job benefits, and encourage sign-ups.
Document Collection & Verification
Collect essential documents from new drivers including their driverβs license, vehicle registration (RC), insurance papers, and personal identification. Verify accuracy and completeness.
App Installation & Usage Training
Guide drivers through the process of downloading and navigating the app. Train them on essential features like ride acceptance, navigation, payment handling, and support access.
Policy Orientation
Clearly explain company policies, safety procedures, fare structures, and driver responsibilities. Ensure all drivers understand and agree to the terms before beginning work.
Feedback & Reporting
Maintain a record of feedback from newly onboarded drivers to identify challenges or suggestions for improving the onboarding process.

Account Setup & Verification
Assist customers with app installation and registration. Help them verify their accounts via OTP or by uploading required documents.
App Demonstration
Walk users through the appβs features including ride booking, payment methods, fare estimates, and contacting customer support.
Problem Resolution
Address and resolve issues related to app setup, account errors, or basic usage difficulties. Offer step-by-step guidance as needed.
Follow-Up & Support
Conduct follow-up calls or visits to newly onboarded customers to ensure satisfaction and provide additional support if required.

Candidate Requirements
Education
Minimum: 10th or 12th Pass
Preferred: Graduate in any field
Technical Proficiency
Must be comfortable using smartphones and mobile apps
Ability to guide others in using app-based platforms
Mobility
Willingness to travel locally within Noida for field visits
Owning a two-wheeler is an added advantage
Experience
Freshers are welcome
Prior experience in customer service, field sales, logistics, or onboarding roles is preferred
Soft Skills
Strong verbal communication in Hindi (basic English is a plus)
