Friends Job is seeking a reliable and proactive Driver & Customer Onboarding Executive to manage end-to-end Customer Onboarding in Sanjay Nagar. This dual-role position involves both on-site field activities and customer support responsibilities, requiring strong communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and familiarity with mobile technology.

Primary Responsibilities
Driver Onboarding
Conduct local field visits to identify and onboard new drivers
Collect and verify required documents (e.g., Driving License, RC, Insurance)
Train drivers on app usage, including trip management, payments, and navigation
Clearly communicate company guidelines, service protocols, and safety measures
Obtain driver feedback to improve onboarding efficiency and experience
Customer Onboarding
Assist new users with account creation and profile verification
Guide customers through key app features such as ride booking and support tools
Resolve initial queries related to login, usage, or payment setup
Follow up with customers post-onboarding to ensure satisfaction and retention
Candidate Profile
Minimum education: 12th pass (Graduates will be given preference)
Comfortable using smartphones and basic mobile apps
Willing to travel within the local area for field visits
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Prior experience in onboarding, field sales, or customer service is an advantage but not essential
