About the Role

In this position, you will interact with customers, manage inquiries, maintain strong relationships, and ensure a high level of satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to resolving customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain healthy customer relationships
Handle customer calls, emails, and chat queries professionally
Understand customer needs and provide suitable assistance
Resolve issues and complaints with a problem-solving mindset
Guide customers with product/service information
Maintain and update customer records in the system
Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill customer needs
Ensure timely follow-up and customer satisfaction
Candidate Requirements
Diploma or equivalent qualification
1–2 years of customer service experience preferred
Freshers with good communication skills can apply
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Customer-centric mindset & positive attitude
Ability to multitask & manage time effectively
Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
Knowledge of CRM/retail/customer handling is an added advantage
