Key Responsibilities
Input and update customer and account data accurately in the system
Verify, review, and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness

Generate reports and store completed work securely
Perform data backups and ensure data safety
Maintain updated databases and online forms
Coordinate with team members for data-related queries
Follow data security and confidentiality protocols
Provide general administrative support as needed
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / PUC
Fast and accurate typing skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel & data entry tools
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good time-management and organizational skills
Able to work independently and in a team
