Job Description:
Blinkit is hiring dedicated Delivery Boys for its Bengaluru operations. We are looking for reliable and motivated individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
As a Delivery Boy at Blinkit, you will be responsible for delivering parcels, primarily medicines, directly to customers’ residences. A personal bike and an Android smartphone are required for navigation and communication. Blinkit provides a supportive work environment with flexible working hours to ensure work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver parcels and medicines to customers’ homes efficiently and on time.
Ensure proper packing of medicines to prevent damage during transit.
Purchase medicines from authorized distributors as needed.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries.
Provide professional and courteous service to customers.
Follow all safety and hygiene protocols while handling deliveries.
Communicate effectively with the team to coordinate deliveries.
Report any issues or delays to management promptly.
Maintain your delivery bike in good condition.
Work according to flexible schedules as per delivery requirements.

Requirements:
Must own a bike and hold a valid driving license.
Android smartphone required for communication and navigation.
1–2 years of experience in delivery or a similar role.
Good knowledge of Bengaluru and surrounding areas.
Strong time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Basic understanding of handling medicines safely.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good communication skills in English and Kannada/Hindi.
