Key Responsibilities:
Deliver orders efficiently and on time to customers across New Delhi.
Ensure accurate delivery of products while maintaining high service standards.
Communicate with customers regarding order status and updates.
Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate delivery records.
Follow all safety protocols and traffic rules during deliveries.
Assist in loading and unloading goods as required.
Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
Keep the delivery vehicle clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Report any delivery-related challenges to management.
Collaborate with the Blinkit team to optimize delivery routes.

Requirements:
Minimum educational qualification of 10th pass.
1–2 years of experience in delivery or related roles.
Valid driver’s license for two-wheelers or four-wheelers.
Familiarity with New Delhi roads and neighborhoods.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Ability to handle cash and maintain transaction records accurately.
Strong customer service skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
