Key Responsibilities:
Deliver products safely and on time to designated addresses.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Collect payments when required and manage transactions accurately.
Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency.
Handle packages carefully to maintain their quality and integrity.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, payments, and any challenges encountered.
Collaborate effectively with warehouse staff and fellow delivery personnel.
Adhere to Flipkart’s policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Comply with traffic rules and maintain delivery vehicle safety standards.

Requirements:
Open to candidates of all education levels; freshers are encouraged to apply.
Prior delivery experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
Reliable, punctual, and physically fit to handle delivery tasks.
Valid driving license for operating delivery vehicles (if applicable).
Basic knowledge of smartphones and delivery tracking apps.
