Key Responsibilities:
Safely and promptly deliver goods from Flipkart warehouses to customer addresses.
Collect payments when required and issue receipts.
Maintain clear communication with customers regarding order status.
Handle returns, exchanges, and report any delivery issues to management.
Follow safety protocols and traffic rules to ensure secure deliveries.
Keep delivery vehicles organized and clean.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, payments, and related activities.
Assist with additional tasks assigned by the supervisor to support smooth operations.
Requirements:
Minimum 10th-grade education.
1–2 years of experience in delivery or logistics, preferably with Flipkart.
Valid driver’s license and familiarity with Kolkata routes.
Good communication skills in English and local languages.
Physically fit to handle packages of varying sizes.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Basic smartphone skills for navigation and order management.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
