Key Responsibilities
Deliver groceries and food items to customer addresses in and around Thoraipakkam.
Handle cash or digital payments accurately at the time of delivery.
Ensure orders are delivered on time while maintaining Big Basket’s quality standards.
Provide courteous and professional customer service during each interaction.
Safely operate the delivery vehicle/bike and follow traffic & safety rules.
Report order discrepancies, payment issues, or delivery challenges to your supervisor.
Follow company guidelines and ensure products reach customers in good condition.
Keep accurate records of deliveries and update daily activity reports.

Requirements
Minimum qualification: 10th Pass.
Previous delivery experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Must have a valid driving license (bike/van).
Good knowledge of Thoraipakkam and nearby areas for smooth navigation.
Strong communication skills, punctuality, and customer-friendly attitude.
Ability to handle payments and basic transaction processes.
