Key Responsibilities
Deliver grocery orders to customers in Noida on time and with accuracy.
Handle cash and digital payment transactions safely during deliveries.
Use the Big Basket mobile app for navigation and delivery updates.
Interact politely with customers and resolve basic delivery queries.
Maintain a clean and presentable delivery vehicle/bike.
Report delivery-related concerns or discrepancies to the support team.
Follow all safety, traffic, and company guidelines while on duty.
Manage multiple deliveries effectively to meet deadlines.
Keep proper records and documentation of delivery activities.
Requirements
No formal education qualification is mandatory – all levels are eligible.
0 – 6 months of delivery experience preferred but not required.
Must possess a valid driving license (bike/scooter).
Good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
Knowledge of routes in Sector 69, Noida with ability to use maps/GPS.
Punctual, reliable, and committed to excellent customer service.
Ability to handle cash and online payments confidently.
