Key Responsibilities:
Deliver grocery orders to customer addresses across Thoraipakkam and nearby areas.

Operate delivery bikes/vehicles responsibly, following all safety and traffic rules.
Maintain delivery records and report issues or delays to the supervisor.

Follow Big Basket’s delivery guidelines and operational procedures.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery status.
Submit daily updates and feedback to the management team.

Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10th Pass.
Prior experience in delivery jobs is an advantage but not mandatory (training provided).
Must hold a valid driving license for a two-wheeler or delivery vehicle.
Basic knowledge of Thoraipakkam routes and navigation using GPS/maps.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
Physically fit, reliable, and punctual.
Basic ability to handle cash and electronic payments.
