✅ Key Responsibilities:
Deliver parcels or grocery items to customers on time
Ensure packages are handled safely and securely
Use the delivery app to manage tasks and customer addresses
Collect cash on delivery (COD) payments, if required
Maintain good customer interaction and represent the company professionally
Follow assigned delivery routes within Big Basket, Downtown Mohali, Punjab and nearby sectors

📌 Job Location:
Big Basket Downtown Mohali, Punjab – Candidates should be familiar with local routes including MG Road, Sector 28, and Aravalli Hill Drive.

💼 Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 10th Pass (Matriculation)
Valid Driving License (Two-Wheeler or LMV)
Own vehicle preferred (Bike or Scooter)
Basic smartphone knowledge for using delivery apps
Physically fit and punctual

💰 Salary & Benefits:
Monthly In-Hand Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000
Incentives: Performance-based earnings up to ₹5,000/month
CTC: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 depending on shift & experience

🕒 Work Timing & Shifts:
Full-time: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
