Responsibilities:
Deliver packages to customers promptly and safely.
Interact with customers politely and professionally.
Follow assigned routes and schedules efficiently.
Load, unload, and handle parcels with care.
Verify package contents before delivery.
Collect payments when required and maintain records.
Report delivery updates or issues to the FriendsJob team.
Follow all traffic laws and safety standards.
Keep the delivery vehicle clean and in good condition.
Work with the logistics team to improve operations.

Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
1–2 years of delivery experience preferred.
Valid driving license and clean driving record.
Good knowledge of Bengaluru routes and traffic.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to lift and carry parcels of various sizes.
Familiarity with mobile apps for tracking deliveries.
Positive, reliable, and hardworking attitude.
