Responsibilities
As a Delivery Boy with FriendsJob, your key duties will include:
Collecting packages from assigned pickup points and securing them for delivery.
Ensuring prompt and accurate deliveries to customers as per schedule.
Communicating clearly with customers regarding expected delivery times or delays.
Keeping the delivery vehicle clean, organized, and in good condition.
Handling both cash and digital payments when required.
Reporting delivery issues, delays, or discrepancies to the management team.
Following all traffic rules and safety guidelines while driving.
Providing excellent customer service with a professional and positive attitude.
Assisting in loading/unloading items when needed.
Participating in training sessions and team meetings to improve efficiency.

Requirements
To qualify for this position with FriendsJob, you should have:
Minimum qualification of 12th pass.
1–2 years of prior experience in delivery or related work.
A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Good time management skills to meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication abilities and customer-centric behavior.
Familiarity with routes in and around Greater Noida.
