Key Responsibilities:
Deliver parcels to assigned locations promptly and efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collect customer signatures.
Handle packages carefully to prevent damage during transit.
Communicate effectively with customers to provide delivery updates.
Follow all road safety and company protocols while riding.
Report any delays or delivery issues to management immediately.
Use an Android smartphone for navigation and order tracking.
Assist with loading and unloading parcels when necessary.
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
Collaborate with team members to improve delivery processes.
Requirements:
Must own a bike and have a valid driver’s license.
Proficient in using Android smartphones for navigation and communication.
1-2 years of experience in delivery or a similar role preferred.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with Kochi roads and surrounding areas is a plus.
Knowledge of safety protocols and traffic rules.
