Key Responsibilities
Deliver packages and documents to customers promptly and safely.
Ensure all items are handled with care and delivered in proper condition.
Maintain accurate delivery records and update systems regularly.
Coordinate with the team to report delays, issues, or route changes.
Follow assigned delivery routes and meet deadlines consistently.
Keep the delivery vehicle clean and in good working condition.
Follow all traffic laws and company regulations.
Provide professional and courteous customer service.
Assist in loading/unloading goods when needed.
Report road incidents or delivery challenges to management immediately.

Job Requirements
1–2 years of delivery or related work experience.
Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable two-wheeler/vehicle.
Familiarity with routes and local areas in Noida.
Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Minimum education: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary) or equivalent.
Basic smartphone usage and GPS navigation knowledge.
