Key Responsibilities
Deliver packages to designated locations within specified timelines.
Plan daily delivery routes for maximum efficiency.
Load and unload packages carefully, ensuring safe handling.
Record and collect payments for deliveries, when required.
Respond to customer queries and address complaints professionally.
Resolve discrepancies or issues related to deliveries promptly.
Obtain customer signatures for completed deliveries.
Maintain and clean the delivery vehicle, including refueling as needed.
Report any road accidents, traffic violations, or delays to management.
Monitor traffic patterns and identify alternate routes to ensure timely delivery.

Job Requirements
Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
1–2 years of delivery experience preferred.
Good knowledge of local roads and traffic safety regulations.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality service.
