BigBasket is hiring motivated Delivery Boys in Jaipur! As a Delivery Boy, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and safe delivery of packages and grocery orders to customers. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver groceries and packages to customers promptly and safely.
Plan and navigate the most efficient delivery routes.
Maintain professional communication with customers during deliveries.
Keep accurate delivery records and report any issues immediately.
Ensure the delivery vehicle is in good condition and well-maintained.
Follow all traffic laws and company policies while on duty.
Handle cash payments and provide receipts as required.
Report any damages, discrepancies, or customer concerns to management.
Assist in loading and unloading packages when necessary.
Requirements:
Valid driving license and a two-wheeler.
Strong time management skills and punctuality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of Jaipur routes and local areas.
Ability to handle packages of varying sizes and weights.
Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred.
Graduation or equivalent qualification is preferred.
