Route Management: Plan and optimize delivery routes for efficiency.
Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers, addressing queries and concerns.
Documentation: Maintain accurate delivery records and handle receipts/payments as needed.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols while handling orders and driving.
Problem Solving: Address delivery-related issues promptly.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to improve service quality.
Inventory Support: Assist in managing inventory during deliveries.
Requirements:
12th pass or higher.
1-2 years of experience in delivery or a related field.
Strong communication skills in Hindi/English.
Good knowledge of Khapari and nearby areas.
Valid driving license and access to a delivery vehicle (if applicable).
Ability to lift packages and handle physical tasks efficiently.
Basic knowledge of mobile apps for delivery tracking.
