Key Responsibilities:
Ensure prompt, accurate, and safe delivery of parcels and documents across Lalitpur and neighboring areas
Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to meet deadlines and maximize productivity
Manage cash on delivery (COD) transactions accurately and maintain proper records
Communicate professionally and courteously with customers to provide excellent service
Maintain delivery vehicle upkeep and strictly follow all traffic and safety regulations
Report daily delivery progress and resolve any issues swiftly and effectively
Candidate Profile:
Valid two-wheeler driving license; owning a vehicle preferred
Sound knowledge of Lalitpur city and nearby regions
Excellent communication skills with a friendly and customer-centric attitude
Physically fit and able to manage the physical demands of delivery work
Honest, reliable, punctual, and dedicated to quality service
Prior delivery experience is beneficial but not mandatory; freshers encouraged to apply
