Key Responsibilities
Deliver food orders safely and on time to customers across Kochi.
Verify and cross-check orders before leaving the restaurant.
Use Zomato’s app for navigation, tracking, and order management.
Maintain professionalism and a friendly attitude while interacting with customers.
Handle cash and digital payments accurately when required.
Ensure delivery bags and equipment are kept clean and in good condition.
Report issues or delays promptly to the support team.
Follow traffic rules, safety protocols, and company policies.

Requirements
Minimum qualification: 10th Pass.
Freshers can apply; prior delivery experience is an advantage.
Valid driving license and a two-wheeler (mandatory).
Basic smartphone knowledge for using Zomato’s app.
Good communication skills in English and local languages.
Physically fit and comfortable with flexible shifts, including weekends.
Familiarity with Kochi routes will be an added advantage.
