Key Responsibilities
Collect food orders from partner restaurants and deliver them to customers on time.

Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and resolve basic queries.
Use smartphone applications and GPS to navigate routes efficiently.
Manage cash or online payments accurately, when required.
Report delivery issues or complaints to the support team promptly.
Maintain your delivery vehicle and delivery bag in good condition.
Follow all traffic rules and safety protocols during work.

Requirements
Minimum education: 10th pass.
Freshers can apply; previous delivery experience is a plus.
A valid two-wheeler license and bike is preferred.
Basic knowledge of using smartphones and apps.
Good communication skills in local language (Odia/Hindi/English).
Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Physically fit to handle delivery tasks and carry bags.
