Key Responsibilities
Collect food orders from Zomato’s partner restaurants and deliver them to customers on time.
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and quality during transit.
Provide a friendly and professional experience while dealing with customers.
Use the Zomato delivery app for order navigation and updates.
Report order-related issues or delays promptly to the support team.
Handle payments and maintain proper records when required.
Keep your delivery vehicle clean and in good condition.
Follow Zomato’s company policies, traffic rules, and safety standards.

Requirements
Minimum qualification: 10th pass.
1–2 years of delivery experience preferred, but not mandatory.
Must have a valid driving license and a two-wheeler.
Familiarity with Thrissur routes and strong navigation skills.
Basic knowledge of using smartphones and apps.
Good communication skills in English and local language.
Physically fit and comfortable with flexible work timings, including weekends and holidays.
