As a Delivery Boy at Zepto, you will be responsible for picking up orders from partner restaurants and ensuring timely and efficient delivery to customers, helping maintain Zepto’s high standards of service.

Responsibilities:
Pick up food orders from restaurants and deliver them to customers promptly.
Ensure safe and timely delivery while preserving food quality.
Communicate with customers regarding order status or delays.
Navigate efficiently using maps or delivery apps to reach destinations quickly.
Handle payments when required and provide receipts.
Keep your delivery vehicle (bike or cycle) clean and organized.
Follow safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
Report any delivery issues or concerns to the management team.
Assist in onboarding new delivery partners if needed.
Build positive relationships with customers and restaurant staff.

Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in delivery jobs.
Own a valid bike or cycle for deliveries.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Good knowledge of New Delhi’s routes and navigation.
Basic understanding of mobile apps for order tracking.
Aadhar Card and other relevant identification documents.
Positive attitude and commitment to excellent service.
