Key Responsibilities
Deliver food orders promptly and safely to Zomato customers in Thrissur.
Handle food items carefully to maintain quality during delivery.
Use Zomato’s smartphone app for navigation and order management.
Collect payments from customers where applicable.
Maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer service.
Report any delays, issues, or concerns to the Zomato team.
Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and traffic rules.

Requirements
Minimum educational qualification: 10th Pass.
1–2 years of delivery or related work experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle (bike/scooter).
Good communication skills in English and local language.
Familiarity with Thrissur routes and ability to use GPS.
Physically fit and capable of handling regular delivery tasks.
Smartphone with internet connectivity is mandatory.
