Key Responsibilities
Candidate Selection: Conduct interviews, assist managers with candidate selection, and analyze exit interviews to enhance recruitment processes.
Employee Orientation and Training: Prepare new employees for their roles with orientation and skill development programs.
Pay Plan Management: Conduct pay surveys, job evaluations, and implement competitive pay structures.
Performance Appraisal: Facilitate employee performance planning, appraisals, and training managers on coaching and disciplinary actions.
Employee Benefits Programs: Implement and manage employee benefits, assess trends, and oversee claims processing.
Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal and state HR regulations, maintain records, and represent the organization in hearings if needed.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior experience in digital marketing or HR is an advantage.
