Friends Job is actively seeking a driven, organized, and service-oriented Driver & Customer Onboarding Executive to manage and execute the end-to-end onboarding processes for both drivers and customers in Patparganj . As a key team member, the Onboarding Executive will play a pivotal role in ensuring that both new drivers and customers receive timely, accurate, and helpful support as they begin using the Friends Job platform. This is a hybrid position, requiring a mix of local travel, in-person meetings, and remote coordination, depending on operational needs.

Key Responsibilities
Driver Onboarding/Customer Onboarding
Field Outreach & Recruitment: Conduct local visits within Patparganj and surrounding areas to identify, approach, and onboard potential drivers.
Documentation & Compliance: Collect and verify all required documents such as the driver’s license, vehicle registration (RC), insurance, and identification proof.

App Orientation: Provide hands-on training to drivers on how to effectively use the mobile app, including features like navigation, trip management, payment processing, and communication tools.
Policy Communication: Clearly explain the organization’s safety standards, operational protocols, incentive policies, and code of conduct.
Feedback Collection: Actively gather feedback from new drivers to help identify pain points, process gaps, or areas for improvement in the onboarding flow.

Onboarding / Customer Onboarding
Account Setup Assistance: Support new users during the registration and profile verification process on the mobile application.
Feature Walkthroughs: Provide guided walkthroughs of app functionalities such as ride booking, fare estimation, payment integration, and help/support features.
Initial Troubleshooting: Address and resolve any early technical challenges, app setup queries, or account-related issues faced by users during onboarding.

Follow-Up Engagement: Conduct follow-up calls or in-person visits (where required) to ensure customer satisfaction, promote app usage, and improve retention during the first few days of use Customer Onboarding
