About the Role:

Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee daily field activities and staff for assigned project or worksite.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers for smooth and timely operations.
Ensure all field operations are performed in accordance with company policy, safety practices, and client requirements.
Track utilization of resources, daily task accomplishment, and workforce allocation.
Deal with field-level problems promptly to prevent operational delays or interruptions.
Ensure quality, efficiency, and safety standards through regular inspection and auditing.
Keep precise records of field operations such as manpower, material, tools, and performance indicators.
Coordinate with the operations team to schedule, assign resources, and maximize productivity.
Train and mentor field staff to improve team effectiveness and professionalism.
Prepare and present operational reports (daily/weekly/monthly) to the management.

Skills & Qualifications Required:
Diploma / Graduation in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or similar discipline.
2+ years of experience as a supervisor or field operations (Freshers with technical expertise and leadership skills can apply).
Strong comprehension of on-site activities, project control, and coordination of teams.
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
General awareness of reporting software, field monitoring software/applications, and MS Office.
Capable of coordinating field staff at multiple locations and operating in pressure conditions.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Work experience in industries like construction, industrial services, electrical projects, or facility management will be a bonus.
